Client Testimonials

We're delighted when our customers leave us feedback
“Riley & Lloyd were recommended to me by a friend when our boiler was condemned. An extremely fast, efficient, and polite service, with professionalism throughout. We also now have Hive, which has revolutionized our heating. We had a slight leak from the boiler just afterwards, and Matt came out almost immediately for a simple fix. Would highly recommend.”

“I recently used Riley & Lloyd after my boiler stopped providing hot water. They came promptly after my call and were very pleasant and careful not to make a mess in our house. After running some diagnostics and not getting much joy from the boiler they spent time on the phone to the boiler manufacturing team to check out the possible causes and to narrow it down to the correct problem. This led to a new part being required. Off they went to get it and 45 minutes later it's fitted and boiler is working perfectly. Highly recommend for their efficiency, customer service and awareness of being someone's home.”

FAQs

Do plumbers also deal with heating?
Some of our local plumbers are also gas registered and experienced working on heating systems, bathrooms and kitchens. our engineers can complete repairs to pipework, taps, toilets, showers, gutters, water tanks, radiators, and boilers and more!

No, we do not charge a call out fee. We charge hourly rates to hire a plumber so you only pay for the time we spend on your project.

In a plumbing emergency we aim to be with you within the same day.

To help minimise water damage to your property, it is advised to turn off your mains water supply at the stopcock. This is usually located under the kitchen sink. Then call your local plumber to come and source the leak and resolve the issue. We’ve written a quick guide on this on our blog page.
