How quickly can I get an emergency heating engineer?

We operate a same-day callout service* for emergency heating engineers. Available seven days a week, we aim to be at your property as quickly as possible.

What boiler services do you provide?

Our comprehensive boiler service includes the following:

Checking and adjusting for optimal gas pressure and flow
Performing a flue combustion test
Inspecting your boiler and controls
Visually checking for corrosion and leaks
Removing and cleaning the burner (when necessary)
Checking the pilot burner and probes/cables
Cleaning the heat exchanger and flue ways (where required)
Cleaning out the boiler condensate trap (when required)
Checking for correct ventilation
Checking safety devices
Checking the electrical connections
Running the boiler to check flue effectiveness and functionality
Running the boiler and checking for gas leaks

Which make and model of boilers do you install?

We can advise you on the boiler that would be best suited to your heating system and your budget. We offer extended manufactures warranties of up to 10 years with Ideal, Vaillant boilers and Worcester Bosch boilers, which include parts and labour for your peace of mind.
